This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Focused development of the network and strategic business development activities within the Indian Market.
• Actively nurtures opportunities by identifying, engaging, and influencing key stakeholders, including owners and engineers.
• Recognition of significant projects and early collaborations with involved planning offices regarding Victaulic solutions and products.
• Propel the penetration and growth of Victaulic's influence within designated accounts to enhance specifications.
• Strong collaboration at all decision-making levels with defined key accounts in the sales region.
• Record project participants and timelines in CRM Salesforce.
• Consistent coordination on national and international projects with the relevant sales team and regional managers.
• Membership in industry associations is both desired and encouraged.
• Transporting product samples for demonstration and presentation purposes.
• Degree in (mechanical) engineering is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in the HVAC Industry.
• Established connections with mechanical owner groups in the HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated success in business development and account management while meeting targets and managing complex sales.
• Strong project management and communication capabilities.
• Confident demeanor and excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the sales region.
• Team-oriented mindset for effective coordination and goal-driven communication in the region.
• Technical interest in new product portfolios and a curiosity about market trends and standards.
• Ability to independently plan and execute weekly, monthly, and annual activities required to meet targets.
• Maintain an active and professional presence on relevant industry networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and within pertinent industry associations (e.g., local Construction Industry Associations).
