Business Developer – English-Speaking Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a strong, compliant growth strategy aimed at elite crypto Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional traders, and high-frequency trading communities in legally allowed international markets.

• Advocate for the compliant utilization of various platforms to identify, engage, and convert tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 affiliate partners, including YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X, and LinkedIn.

• Successfully promote the platform's primary retail benefits to partners, which include:

• Uphold meticulous, data-driven monitoring of your sales funnel.

• Deliver organized weekly reports on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and active trading volumes to ensure full operational transparency and adherence to corporate compliance standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact for your partner network.

• Maintain ongoing communication to foster deep trust, guarantee high retention, and optimize long-term trading volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on Business Development experience at a prominent Centralised Exchange (CEX).

• A well-connected and readily actionable network of high-volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups across global markets.

• Profound knowledge of crypto futures, perpetual contracts, margin requirements, and fundamental market mechanics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills specifically tailored to crypto trading communities.

• Full commitment to participating in face-to-face video calls for all interviews and internal team meetings to prevent industry identity fraud and uphold corporate security.

• Clear comprehension of corporate compliance mandates and platform-specific regional requirements during the partner onboarding process.
