Business Developer – Business Development Rep 4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Recognizes and implements business development initiatives related to professional services.

• Evaluates, markets, and assesses the feasibility of developing products and services.

• Conducts economic analyses on new or enhanced product opportunities.

• Formulates and executes an account strategy and pipeline aimed at securing new business within the DoW ADO market sectors.

• Identifies, qualifies, and secures new business opportunities.

• Leads and/or assists in negotiating teaming agreements.

• Develops and presents bid/no bid recommendations along with pursuit and capture strategies during Gate Reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 14 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of five years of successful Business Development, Capture Management, or Program Management experience within the defense or federal markets.

• Established and extensive relationships with senior and mid-level leadership in DoW or federal customers.

• Demonstrated ability to create strategic partnerships within the industry.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to develop opportunity pipelines, shape opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and participate in industry days and conferences.
