• **Position: Business Developer. (Translation: The Individual Who Determines Who Receives Free Services.)**

• Allow us to illustrate a typical day so you clearly understand what you're committing to.

• You begin your day by checking your calendar. Scheduled are real, pre-qualified individuals who have signed up for our workshops, engaged with Russ and Joey's content, raised their hands, and expressed *"I want a Passive Income Game Plan Session."*

• These are not cold contacts. **These are not leads extracted from a list.** They are individuals who already trust the brand, understand the philosophy, and recognize their exhaustion with the rat race.

• Your responsibility is to pick up the phone, arrange appointments through outbound calls, and manage incoming appointments. **Pose the kind of questions that many salespeople hesitate to ask.** Discover their true financial, emotional, and mental states. Assess whether IBC and our approach are genuinely suitable for them.

• If it is a match, you provide them the keys.

• You're not selling. You're not pressuring. You're not pursuing.

• You act as a bridge between someone's current existence — overwhelmed, overworked, financially precarious — and a version of their life where they can sleep soundly at night because money works for them instead of against them.

• **The Non-Negotiables.**

• **Demonstrable sales experience.** At least 2+ years of closing deals in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-centric environment. Your resume is less important than your results.

• **A close rate of 25% or higher** after the probationary period. If you fall short, we won't be the right match, and we'll part amicably.

• **Complete ownership of your pipeline.** No one will be chasing you for follow-ups. The leads are available. The CRM is established. The systems are operational. You simply need to *utilize them.*

• **Consistently present yourself professionally every day.** This is a fast-paced environment. We take action, measure results, and adapt.

• **Embody the message.** If you don’t believe that building wealth outside the traditional system is achievable, you cannot sell it. Period. Extra points if you already hold a whole life policy, have read *Becoming Your Own Banker* by Nelson Nash, or have personal experience with real estate investing or passive income.

• **Stable, professional remote setup.** A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality camera and microphone are essential. We represent a premium brand on every call.

• **CRM discipline.** You should log notes on the same day. Update statuses in real time. If "I forgot to update the CRM" is something you say more than twice, this role is not for you.

• **Emotional intelligence takes precedence over scripts.** We will provide frameworks, but we will not give you a robotic script to memorize. If you can’t read human emotions, you won’t succeed here.
