📋 Description

• Proactively market and promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed sector.

• Establish robust direct and indirect routes to market.

• Achieve value and volume objectives.

• Implement promotions and enhance visibility within the trade.

• Stay informed about and report on competitor and industry developments.

• Ensure high standards of credit management across the customer base.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Maintain exemplary standards of appearance, conduct, and discipline.

• Follow performance appraisal processes.

• Develop and nurture key relationships with On-Trade RBM, Head of On-Trade, Telesales team, and the brand & marketing teams.

• Foster a strong teamwork ethos, ensuring effective communication with other team members and departments.

• Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management from time to time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and possess a full clean driver’s licence.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong customer focus, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential.

• A solid level of commercial awareness and the capability to demonstrate effective negotiation skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
