This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for designated clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, respond to inquiries, and facilitate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Assist in the onboarding and implementation processes for clients.
• Track client performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement.
• Create and present client presentations, business reviews, and performance reports.
• Provide training to clients on Altirus Road products, reporting tools, and service offerings.
• Research and identify potential clients within targeted markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outreach efforts.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Organize meetings and foster relationship-building activities with potential clients.
• Keep accurate records of the pipeline and prospecting activities in CRM systems.
• Represent Altirus Road at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support the Business Development leadership in implementing growth strategies and exploring new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Claims, IT/Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to aid growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership with updates on client health, pipeline activities, and growth prospects.
• Assist in creating processes, tools, and best practices for the expanding Business Development function.
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and insurance-related products and services.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, account management, client services, insurance, consulting, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to function effectively in a remote work environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%-20% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Preferred experience in business-to-business sales, account management, customer success, or relationship management.
• Familiarity with proposal development, RFP responses, or sales support activities is preferred.
• Experience in creating and delivering client-facing presentations is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting tools is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance, claims administration, roadside assistance, appraisal services, or TPA operations is preferred.
• Experience in a growing business or newly established team is preferred.
