Business & Corporate Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote, on-demand paralegal assistance to client law firms.

• Assist with business and corporate law issues.

• Oversee both short-term and long-term legal projects.

• Work roughly 5–10 hours per week during standard business hours.

• Handle tasks independently with minimal oversight.

• Engage in a 30-minute online meeting as part of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of paralegal experience.

• Experience in supporting business and corporate law issues.

• Nonprofit experience is advantageous.

• Experience in real estate is a benefit.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Clio.

• Strong skills in organization and document management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, small-firm setting.

• Reliable, responsive, and capable of managing assignments with minimal guidance.

• Must be available during regular business hours.
