Business Controls Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Support risk and control consultations regarding new, existing, and modified processes.

• Comprehend and assist in ensuring alignment among policies, program standards, work procedures, and external guidelines.

• Identify discrepancies and contribute to the implementation of corrective measures.

• Help in recognizing and monitoring operational and strategic risks along with the associated Key Risk Indicators.

• Assist in identifying and establishing controls and procedures to mitigate identified risks.

• Act as a liaison for requests related to internal and external audit support.

• Convert control deficiencies into actionable plans.

• Contribute to governance practices that align with risk and compliance frameworks.

• Conduct testing and/or reviews related to the 1LOD testing program.

• Monitor and escalate unresolved issues and findings to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.

• Stay updated on regulatory policies, program standards, and work procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

• Generally, 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

• Experience in merchant acquiring, ATM, and/or card networks is preferred.
