Business Continuity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and protocols.

• Perform risk evaluations and analyze business impacts.

• Organize and direct BCP/DR testing sessions; identify deficiencies and propose enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.

• Collaborate with IT and business departments to guarantee system and process resilience.

• Maintain thorough documentation and routinely revise business continuity strategies.

• Offer training and awareness initiatives throughout the organization.

• Act as a primary point of contact during actual disruptions or events.

• Demonstrated expertise in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.

• In-depth knowledge of BCP/DR frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
