This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for clients and a catalyst for expansion within Cisco’s global sales team.
• Recognize market trends and interpret Cisco’s AI infrastructure, routing, optics, and automation offerings into compelling value propositions.
• Manage high-level business consulting assignments for significant accounts.
• Align Cisco solutions with customer objectives to enhance pipeline growth and bookings.
• Innovate go-to-market strategies for telecommunications, enterprise, and cloud-native sectors.
• Design and implement high-growth selling strategies for field teams.
• Convert intricate technical roadmaps into practical sales resources.
• Create and manage content related to the AI Infrastructure & Connectivity stack.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, IT, and the global sales team.
• Ensure program execution aligns with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Persuade, negotiate, and foster agreement among executive stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong skills in customer engagement.
• Experience in client-facing, executive-level business consultancy with a leading consulting firm.
• Expertise in strategy and transformation within the telecommunications and/or B2B technology industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve consensus among executive stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proficient in market analysis.
• Skilled in developing multi-year business cases.
• Expertise in executive storytelling.
• Proficient in facilitating customer workshops.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and contemporary AI productivity tools.
• MBA is preferred.
• Domain knowledge in Service Provider/Telco markets and/or Enterprise/Public Sector sectors is preferred.
• Experience in innovating B2B technology sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and enablement training is preferred.
• Understanding of Cisco’s product offerings and competitive landscape, including high-end routing, optical technologies, automation/assurance, and mobility, is preferred.
