• Cultivate sales territory to achieve and surpass profitability targets.
• Attain successful results through the implementation of a consultative sales approach.
• Identify customer needs for new products and services.
• Generate additional and new profitable business through both inbound and outbound calls.
• Process accepted orders, keep accurate daily records, and ensure necessary follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and provide exceptional customer service.
• Travel to customer locations to promote products & services, build relationships, and address issues.
• Leverage sales technology/CRM/reporting tools to document sales activities.

• Advocate for continuous improvement and quality control initiatives by finding a better way.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in business management, operations, and/or sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop business relationships.
• Financial understanding sufficient to create and oversee budgets.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing the latest technologies, particularly Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong grasp of customer concerns and capability to convey value propositions both internally and externally.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ethical and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (occasional overnight trips).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
