This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Cultivate and manage a sales territory to achieve and surpass profitability objectives outlined in the strategic plan.
• Attain successful results by employing a consultative sales approach.
• Identify customer needs for new products and services, introducing these innovations to existing accounts.
• Generate additional and profitable business within designated markets through inbound or outbound calls to clients.
• Process accepted orders, maintain precise daily records, and ensure necessary follow-up actions are taken.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of company products while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Keep clients informed with updated pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and current records related to customer interactions.
• Travel to customer locations to promote products and services, build relationships, and address issues.
• Sustain high levels of customer service and ongoing rapport with both current and prospective clients.
• Possess the ability to think and respond swiftly under pressure.
• Develop and maintain insights into customers, competitors, partners, business models, market size, and industry trends.
• Utilize sales technology, CRM, and reporting tools to document sales activities, trends, and market changes.
• Strive for continuous improvement and quality control by advocating for better methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, operations, and/or sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a proven track record of building business relationships.
• Financial expertise adequate to create and oversee budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using modern technologies, particularly Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of customer concerns and the capability to express value propositions effectively both internally and externally.
• A decisive and well-organized individual who can prioritize and plan effectively.
• Highly self-motivated and directed towards achieving project outcomes and results.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ethical, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to take on greater responsibilities over time.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (note: THC/marijuana is not tested).
