This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Map, model, analyze, and redesign business processes utilizing BPMN methodology.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and elicitation sessions with business units and stakeholders.
• Detect bottlenecks, inefficiencies, operational risks, and avenues for process enhancement.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, ensuring compliance with best practices and standardization.
• Develop functional documentation, operational procedures, and executive materials pertaining to processes.
• Establish and track process performance indicators (KPIs), suggesting continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating operational, technical, and technology domains.
• Assist in process governance initiatives, change management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (sciences, engineering, or humanities) recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Process Management or Production/Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in projects involving the mapping, enhancement, and transformation of business processes.
• Participation in at least three process improvement or operational transformation projects.
• Experience in complex corporate settings.
• Proficiency in conducting workshops, interviews, and aligning with various stakeholders.
• Experience in process automation initiatives, digital transformation, or BPM is a plus.
• Expertise in process modeling using BPMN.
• Background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and designing AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational transformation practices.
• Capability to prepare executive presentations and functional documentation.
• Proficient in using process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or similar applications.
• Competency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a mandatory requirement for PowerPoint.
• CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) or CBPA (Certified Business Process Associate) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and in a structured manner tailored to various audiences.
• Analytical thinking and a holistic perspective to comprehend end-to-end processes.
• Skillful in facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse business areas.
• Aptitude for simplifying complex challenges and translating analyses into actionable steps.
