• Proven experience in software development projects.

• Strong methodological and conceptual knowledge in IT business analysis and IT project management.

• Capability to articulate complex business and technical subjects in a clear and understandable manner.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused work ethic.

• Open and empathetic communication approach.

• Readiness to assume responsibility.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level).
