• Propel Dermalogica’s sales performance in your region through strategic planning, account management, events, and business development initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with spa, salon, and medspa partners by comprehensively understanding their objectives and providing customized Dermalogica solutions.
• Take complete responsibility for account development, which includes proactive lead generation and converting qualified prospects.
• Implement in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations to enhance account success.
• Acquire new accounts through focused prospecting and industry networking efforts.
• Utilize sell-through data to develop actionable, customized growth plans in collaboration with partners.
• Assist with marketing and product launches by providing in-field presence, education, and merchandising support.
• Organize and facilitate education events, trade shows, and brand experiences.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally within the skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or salon sectors.
• Familiarity or strong knowledge of spa, salon, or medspa settings (such as dermatology, aesthetics clinics, or medical-grade skincare).
• Certification as a Skin Therapist (esthetician) is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative sales abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a dependable vehicle, and readiness to travel locally.
