• Profound knowledge of contact center operations and the economics of customer experience.
• Demonstrated capability in constructing and defending intricate business cases, financial models, and ROI assessments.
• Strong strategic consulting mindset—able to transition from executive vision to execution plans.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication abilities, including proficiency in C-suite presentations.
• History of influencing senior stakeholders and leading initiatives without formal authority.
• Experience managing multi-product, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
