Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Estonian – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Operate independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical correctness, natural flow, and precise cultural context.

• Serve as a key quality assurance checkpoint during production to proactively spot and rectify nuanced cultural missteps or awkward expressions in the Estonian language.

• Examine task quality patterns and independently generate educational materials and feedback documents to enhance alignment between AI task outcomes and project expectations.

• Offer native-level language assessment during project expansion and provide specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or related fields that demand a high level of attention to linguistic detail.

• Prior, relevant experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Verified proficiency in the Estonian language at C1 or C2 level.

• Ability to confidently convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A careful approach to language, with the acuity to detect and rectify even the most subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.
