Manager – Gen AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for AI & Automation projects across various clients and industries, ensuring quality and timely execution.

• Design and validate solution architectures for AI and automation projects, guaranteeing scalability, security, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Oversee cross-functional teams, project budgets, and timelines to achieve successful results.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible value.

• Establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI implementations, focusing on ethical AI and risk management.

• Promote the adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and advanced automation platforms.

• Contribute to thought leadership by producing whitepapers, case studies, and participating in industry forums.

• Assist in business development efforts, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and cloud technologies.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale AI projects and leading diverse teams.

• Practical expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector DB, Graph DB, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in developing reusable AI assets and accelerators to scale solutions across various engagements.
