Business Co-Founder – Stealth AI Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for early customer discovery, outreach, and partnerships.

• Develop and implement go-to-market and pricing strategies.

• Manage fundraising efforts, pitch development, and relationships with investors.

• Assist in scaling the company from seed stage to Series A.

• Act as the company representative in external discussions, events, and media engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a business-related discipline (e.g., MBA, MSc in Management).

• Demonstrated experience in startups, ideally in a founder or early-stage operator capacity.

• Background in fundraising at pre-seed/seed stages and managing VC/investor relationships.

• Comprehensive understanding of scaling businesses from inception to Series A.

• Proficiency in both English and German.
