Business Client Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee business relationships and customer experiences for companies with annual sales ranging from $2-$5MM.

• Support business owners in reaching their financial objectives through customized financial solutions.

• Emphasize customer retention and expansion through consultative sales and referrals from clients and branch partners.

• Utilize sales and marketing tools to proactively engage business customers and schedule appointments for financial assessments.

• Collaborate independently with various bank teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Track customer accounts and manage operational risks effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5+ years of sales experience; prior management of business banking or commercial relationships is preferred.

• Formal credit training or equivalent experience in credit risk is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new and existing business relationships while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Strong business acumen, with a preference for detailed analysis and familiarity with accounting principles.

• Proficient analytical and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools is essential.

• Comfortable and knowledgeable about commercial lending principles.
