Business & Client Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the leadership team with financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking, and trending data from both client and internal viewpoints, as well as ad hoc reporting, analytics, and project-related tasks.

• Create PowerPoint presentations to aid in client reviews, project management, and activities related to project leadership.

• Identify potential areas for enhancing performance in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Analyze financials for cost-saving opportunities, monitor budget variances, and propose recommendations to senior management aimed at reducing expenses and boosting revenues.

• Examine client data for trends in specific sectors relevant to the client or industry shifts.

• Produce monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports by established deadlines, ensuring data quality through thorough review.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper database maintenance.

• Foster effective communication across all levels of the account management team.

• Previous experience in financial analysis.

• Understanding of project management principles.

• Familiarity with business and client management practices.

• Knowledge of BCD Travel products and services.

• Proficient skills in GDS.

• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Good command of the English language.
