• Lead business analysis efforts to outline precise project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational requirements.
• Document business requirements by collaborating closely with stakeholders to comprehend current-state processes, pain points, data needs, and desired future outcomes.
• Convert business requirements into organized, actionable deliverables.
• Create and uphold high-quality operational and project documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
• Ensure that all project and process documentation remains accurate, complete, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a central coordination point for cross-team activities, ensuring actions are clearly defined, accountability is established, and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to promote alignment, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and expedite delivery.
• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships across business functions to enhance engagement, collaboration, and the adoption of new processes, tools, and work methods.
• Assist in the successful integration of change by collaborating closely with stakeholders to incorporate new processes and operational practices into daily business activities.
• Contribute to the advancement and ongoing improvement of business change frameworks, templates, and delivery standards, enhancing consistency and delivery maturity.
• Identify and suggest process, data, and operational enhancements based on project insights and delivery experiences, fostering increased efficiency and scalability.
• Advocate for best-practice project and change management methodologies throughout the organization, contributing to improved delivery outcomes and reduced operational risks over time.
• 10 years of experience in business change management or project management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering small to medium business change or operational projects, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong project delivery skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting, with experience utilizing project plans, Gantt charts, RAID logs, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to apply these techniques in a business change context.
• Robust business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and process mapping.
• Capability to produce clear SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation that support scalable operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both delivery teams and senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills to effectively manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical, practical, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting, along with familiarity with project planning/PM tools.
• Understanding of business and organizational change principles (e.g., ADKAR).
• Experience in IT services or service-led environments is preferred.
• Desirable: exposure to systems integration, IT transition, or service transformation initiatives.
