Business Card Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Cultivate profitable relationships with business accounts

• Enhance profitability from both existing and new accounts

• Spot business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services

• Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients

• Articulate product and service advantages to align with client requirements

• Establish and uphold an effective referral network and calling program to boost sales

• Seek out new business opportunities and drive deals from strategy through to closure

• Oversee sales pipeline activities and conduct follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams to expand and maintain portfolio customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Seven to nine years or more of pertinent work experience

• Willingness to travel (locally and regionally, with some national travel)

• Prior experience in business card sales or payments

• Strong skills in sales and new business development, including prospecting new logo opportunities, consultative discovery, and deal closure

• Experience with mid-size to large businesses, particularly clients generating $10MM+ in annual revenue

• Proficient in credit analysis and financial assessment

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles related to financial transactions

• Proven ability to develop and utilize Centers of Influence (COIs)

• Capability to manage pipeline activities with strong follow-up and execution discipline

• Solid understanding of payment products

• General knowledge of product marketing and organizational operations

• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem-solving

• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to grow and retain existing portfolio customers

• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools

• Residing near Bellevue or Spokane, WA
