This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Proactively manages a portfolio of clients within the entry-level segment of Business Banking.
• Effectively cultivate client relationships by selling and promoting a diverse range of financial products and services.
• Provide relevant financial insights to clients while identifying and referring cross-marketing opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships with key business lines to efficiently refer business and leverage collaborations.
• Regularly engage with a designated portfolio of clients at defined intervals to address their service or business-related needs.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services by keeping clients informed about offerings, services, and special promotions.
• Conduct joint calls with partners to enhance their sales skills and discover consumer opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, evaluate credit lines, and renew loans.
• Identify lending opportunities in the form of business loans and fulfill related lending duties.
• Actively work to retain clients and reduce profitable client attrition.
• Handle various operational tasks while serving as a bank advocate and advisor to clients.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or transferable role, showcasing strong customer service and sales skills (required).
• A minimum of 1 year of comprehensive financial services experience, particularly in business/commercial banking, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape, competitive environment, key industry players, economic factors, and operational challenges (required).
• Experience in small business lending (required).
