Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of a portfolio of clients within the entry-level Business Banking segment.

• Initiate proactive outreach to a designated portfolio of clients at regular intervals to meet their service or business-related requirements.

• Advocate for and cross-sell products and services to clients.

• Analyze financial statements, evaluate credit lines, and facilitate loan renewals.

• Oversee all administrative responsibilities linked to the client portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year in a similar or transferable role, showcasing exceptional customer service and sales abilities is required.

• At least 1 year of substantial experience in financial services, specifically in business or commercial banking.

• Experience in Small Business lending is essential.
