This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts.
• Implement strategic prospecting and lead generation initiatives, which include cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted research on accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential customer organizations.
• Qualify leads, arrange meetings, conduct discovery sessions, and oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide product demonstrations either independently or in collaboration with internal product specialists.
• Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and secure new business opportunities.
• Foster customer consensus and serve as a trusted advisor for the adoption of Veryon Work Center solutions.
• Enhance overall sales volume, average deal size, and share of wallet within designated accounts.
• Collaborate with implementation, product, and development teams to ensure accurate project scoping, seamless delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain precise CRM records, track pipeline activities, forecasts, and account updates for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and continually enhance sales velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
• Assist with additional sales and marketing initiatives as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Executive, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex software, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong aptitude for prospecting, building a pipeline, and consistently closing new business opportunities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and client relationships effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling abilities.
• Quick to identify key stakeholders and build internal consensus within customer organizations.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both executive and operational audiences.
• Strong business acumen, with the capability to uncover customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
• Self-motivated, quota-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Skilled at managing shifting priorities and adapting quickly to changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote cross-functional team.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
