📋 Description

• Evaluate workflows across operations, accounting, vendor management, and various business functions.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend existing work processes.

• Outline manual processes, identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and unnecessary handoffs.

• Recognize and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities.

• Convert operational challenges into technical requirements and execution plans.

• Design and establish automated workflows for quotations.

• Streamline the collection, organization, review, and approval processes for quotation information.

• Develop AI-driven vendor communication workflows for drafting, follow-ups, requests, and status updates.

• Systematize and monitor vendor communications, escalating sensitive issues for human intervention.

• Assess accounting workflows and automate repetitive data entry and administrative tasks.

• Enhance data capture, transfer, categorization, and maintenance across operational and accounting systems.

• Establish validation and exception-handling processes.

• Investigate, assess, and implement AI tools, agents, workflows, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and tailored solutions.

• Determine the appropriate use of AI versus traditional workflow automation.

• Test solutions, establish safeguards, and document systems that have been implemented.

• Acquire knowledge of import/export workflows and identify automation opportunities specific to the industry.

• Collaborate with operational and accounting stakeholders to ensure solutions fulfill business requirements.

• Constantly identify, prioritize, execute, and refine new automation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI implementation, automation, business systems, software development, process improvement, or a related area.

• Proven track record in constructing and executing automations in real-world business contexts.

• Experience in conducting business or process analysis and translating insights into actionable solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to guide projects from initial problem identification through implementation and optimization.

• Experience in import/export, logistics, international trade, or a related industry is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI and automation technologies.

• Experience in developing AI-powered workflows, agents, or internal business tools.

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations is highly preferred.

• Ability to assess AI tools and select suitable solutions.

• Quick adaptability to new platforms and technologies.

• Proficient in business-process documentation and analysis.

• Skillful in identifying inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and workflow bottlenecks.

• Capable of translating business issues into technical specifications.

• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to evaluate automation opportunities based on measurable business value.

• Knowledge of import/export operations is strongly preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on financial and operational data.

• Ability to independently drive projects from identification to implementation.

• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours in alignment with the client’s time zone.
