Business Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational support, administration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement for finance and enterprise business applications.

• Oversee incidents and requests management.

• Administer user accounts and handle access requests.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Collaborate with software vendors and support partners.

• Escalate complex problems as necessary.

• Offer user training and guidance.

• Keep documentation and knowledge bases up to date.

• Assist with application upgrades and releases.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise business applications.

• Experience with SAP ERP support.

• Familiarity with SAP FICO.

• Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus.

• Background in application support and incident management.

• Experience with ITSM platforms like Halo, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

• Experience in managing software vendors and support partners.

• Involvement in testing and release management activities.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in creating technical documentation.

• Understanding of ITIL principles.

• Experience with Concur is desirable.

• Experience with Esker is desirable.

• Familiarity with healthcare or revenue cycle applications is desirable.

• Experience with Compucare is desirable.

• Experience administering Halo ITSM is desirable.

• Experience in process automation is desirable.

• Knowledge of Power Platform is desirable.

• SQL and reporting skills are desirable.

• Understanding of API and integration fundamentals is desirable.

• Healthcare experience is desirable.
