This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to comprehend objectives and define analytical requirements.
• Convert unclear business inquiries into structured analyses and well-defined recommendations.
• Independently assess the suitable analytical methods to address business challenges and offer actionable insights.
• Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements for the organization.
• Effectively communicate and present analyses to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytical files in Excel to assist with both recurring and ad-hoc decision-making.
• Update, enhance, and sustain Excel-based forecasting models that support operational planning and capacity decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies across various data sources.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Management, capacity planning, or a similar analytical position.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficient in writing or utilizing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgment.
