This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear, well-documented functional specifications and secure stakeholder approval.
• Assess the feasibility and technical implications of business requirements.
• Transform functional requirements into technical documentation and assist the development team in comprehending and delivering the solution.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and redundancies.
• Design or recommend optimized process flows that are in line with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to ascertain transformation needs and bolster business goals.
• Create reports, dashboards, or presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to devise solutions that efficiently and sustainably meet business needs.
• Execute high-level functional testing to confirm that solutions adhere to specifications prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist business users during UAT and ensure a seamless transition to production.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual comprehension.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and uphold transparency regarding project scope, changes, and progress.
• Support Project Managers in planning, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely achievement of project milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Telecom or Managed Services sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent applications.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
