Business Analyst – Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the discovery of business processes to comprehend customer goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.

• Evaluate current operational workflows to identify potential areas for process innovation and digital transformation.

• Convert customer business issues into well-defined solution requirements and scalable product offerings.

• Create solution concepts, process diagrams, storyboards, and compelling value propositions.

• Assist in customer workshops, product demonstrations, and proof of concept initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison among Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, presales, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.

• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital workflow solutions.

• Experience in supporting customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations, or proof of concept activities.

• Strong skills in business analysis, problem-solving, and process mapping.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
