Business Analyst, SAP Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility and lead the execution of quality Releases

• Utilize SAP functional expertise and a thorough understanding of legislative requirements to create and implement compliant updates for our clients

• Offer subject matter expertise in Payroll/HR for Belgium and France

• Demonstrate the ability to function within an Agile framework

• Guarantee complete product compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations by analyzing each tax and legislative modification

• Organize and communicate essential information to product specialists and subscribed clients

• Act as a liaison between the EMEA Tax and Regulatory team, the Development & QA teams, and our client base

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure compliance with requirements and Agile user stories

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with SAP Payroll for Belgium and France

• Comprehensive knowledge of Belgium and France Payroll from both business and legislative viewpoints

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (not mandatory)

• Experience using Jira for Agile projects (preferred, not mandatory)

• Proven experience working with remote teams

• Capacity to communicate effectively across various teams located in the EMEA region and globally as necessary

• Possess a client-focused or consultative mindset

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure
