• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications including data models, process flows, and configurations that can be scaled globally within our Salesforce CRM.
• Develop delivery-ready user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria that development teams can utilize without the need for rework.
• Advise business users on FSL capabilities and best practices (work orders, service appointments, scheduling/dispatch) while helping to define optimal solutions.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and applications to promote a shared understanding and clarity of solutions.
• Assist in testing, training, and implementation efforts to guarantee the successful delivery of IS solutions.
• Over 6 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in Salesforce CRM, with practical experience in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing FSL solutions on a global scale, including work orders, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Relevant certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant and/or Field Service Consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capability to translate business requirements and effectively influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management using Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in process mapping tools like Visio.
