This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate and enhance HR procedures by pinpointing inefficiencies and streamlining internal workflows.
• Utilize AI and automation technologies to minimize manual tasks and create more efficient, error-free processes.
• Assist in daily HR operations while consistently refining workflows to eliminate manual tasks.
• Employ AI and automation tools to convert manual HR checklists into automated workflows.
• Utilize critical thinking to recognize operational and compliance risks within HR processes.
• Take the initiative to propose and implement effective solutions to reduce risks.
• Apply advanced spreadsheet formulas to cleanse, manipulate, and analyze HR data.
• Generate structured reports by converting complex HR data into understandable insights.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a process-focused operational position.
• At least 1 year of experience in implementing automation within HR processes.
• Practical experience using AI tools for process automation, research, and content creation.
• Experience in auditing and redesigning HR processes (pre/onboarding, documentation, data tracking).
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, logical functions, data validation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and rectify process gaps.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear process documentation and reporting.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with HR data privacy and compliance principles, including GDPR.
• Preferred: Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of common IT roles and workflows.
