Business Analyst, Sales Operations

📋 Description

• Serve as the operational backbone of the delivery lifecycle, connecting the dots between initial intake, requirements refinement, and delivery logistics.

• Engage in preliminary business requirements gathering and data validation alongside stakeholders.

• Pre-screen and refine incoming execution queues to eliminate operational uncertainties.

• Convert high-level business objectives into detailed user stories.

• Support sprint planning logistics and document specific technical tasks.

• Record thorough insights from meetings and operational notes.

• Evaluate execution timelines to establish predictable sprint rhythms.

• Convert clearly defined business requirements into step-by-step testing checklists for User Acceptance Testing.

• Supervise the daily workload of technical testers and track reported system bugs until they are resolved.

• Manage post-release validation to confirm that deployed features are operating effectively in the production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner, or Technical Project Coordinator.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM to analyze configuration workflows and enhance core system capabilities.

• Proficiency in Agile Management Tools, specifically Jira and Confluence, for tracking team sprint logistics.

• Familiarity with SDLC Frameworks to navigate software development lifecycles and structure user acceptance testing.

• Ability to create precise user stories and perform backlog grooming through Requirements Documentation.

• Experience in UAT Tracking to develop functional testing checklists and oversee bug resolution queues.

• Operational Support experience to assist the execution teams of commercial systems in an inclusive environment.
