This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Collaborate in the management and ongoing enhancement of the product backlog, developing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate refinement and sprint planning workshops with cross-functional development teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that requirements are well understood and actionable.
• Oversee release scope across multiple release cycles and provide direction on priority setting.
• Assist in the development of roadmaps, bug triage processes, and wireframe designs.
• Coordinate communication between US-based client stakeholders and the engineering team within a distributed delivery framework.
• Contribute to product-related decisions and manage the daily execution of the backlog.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within software delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Strong grasp of Scrum principles and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing and the capability to convert business requirements into visual concepts.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to collaborate across EMEA time zones and effectively engage with geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with accounting, audit, tax, or financial services domains is beneficial.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and delivery planning is a plus.
• PSPO I certification or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
