This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assist in collecting business requirements and designing low- to moderately complex project solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Enhance processes that utilize technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and interpret business requirements, translating customer needs into a systems context.
• Troubleshoot issues faced by end-users and communicate effective solutions.
• Develop benchmarks, definitions, and metrics to meet strategic and operational reporting requirements.
• Ensure the integrity of data within the integrated system.
• Work alongside IT professionals to assess current solutions and explore potential new options.
• Provide resolutions for internal and external system challenges, issues, and enhancements.
• Lead projects of low to moderate complexity under general supervision.
• Resolve system-related issues in collaboration with business teams and IT technical personnel.
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for staff and users.
• Oversee and facilitate User Acceptance Testing in partnership with the Quality Assurance Team and end users.
• Assist in defining methodologies, processes, and best practices for business analysis.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Comply with Project Management and IT methodology processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Familiarity with computers, electronics, digital media, databases, applications, software development, risk management, and information security.
• Proficient in customer support, systems analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Capability to occasionally lift materials of moderate weight.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in detecting and translating spoken communication or other forms of communication.
• Occasionally requires the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
