Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain regular operational and executive reports

• Assess account performance metrics, trends, expenditures, work order activities, and provider effectiveness

• Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, and client presentations

• Collaborate with Account Management to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for process enhancement

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across reporting systems

• Address ad hoc reporting requests from clients and internal stakeholders

• Design dashboards and visualizations to convey crucial business insights

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to foster account growth and operational excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Capability to manage large datasets and effectively communicate insights

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with BI/reporting tools is preferred

• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise accounts in a service, facilities, or operations context is preferred
