This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for facilitating, mapping, and proposing solutions to address business needs.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of client business requirements, suggesting optimal business solutions to fulfill them.

• Support the Product Owner and team members in breaking down identified business needs, pinpointing system requirements generated or impacted, and articulating them as user stories to initiate sprint execution.

• Comprehend existing business processes, products, and services along with their governing rules to provide necessary IT solutions.

• Grasp the needs of business managers and clients/users to recommend appropriate solutions.

• Identify and visually map business needs in a practical way.

• Represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Possess expertise in business analysis concepts, user-centered design, and Agile methodologies.

• Identify reusable IT services across various business areas or stages of a business process.

• Facilitate and conduct workshops employing Agile techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or an undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate qualification (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS: UX-PM Level 2; PSU - Professional Scrum with User Experience I; Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO I; CBPP.

• Preferred experience: 3 years in mapping business requirements, leading workshops, and drafting user stories in Agile environments and Function Point Analysis.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception.

• Knowledge of facilitation techniques: Design Thinking, Design Sprint.

• Skilled in writing and refining Agile requirements.

• Familiarity with UX applied to business analysis.

• Basic understanding of system architecture and IT solutions to support business operations.
