Business Analyst – Platform & Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and platform requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Analyze and provide support for platform components, such as orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management.

• Serve as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Assist in workflow orchestration and configurations of low-code platforms.

• Help define and uphold RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies.

• Contribute to the creation of policy definitions and decision layer logic.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regional and regulatory standards.

• Assess and enhance platform usability and UX patterns.

• Engage in project planning, tracking, and support for delivery.

• Create test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate platform functionality.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Practical or conceptual knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configurations.

• Familiarity with policy engines and frameworks for decision-making.

• Basic understanding of RBAC design and access management models.

• Experience or knowledge of workflow orchestration tools and concepts.

• Insight into compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements at both regional and global levels.

• Awareness of UX patterns and principles of user-centric design.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
