Business Analyst – Platform, Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and platform requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Analyze and provide support for platform components, such as orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management.

• Serve as an intermediary between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Assist in workflow orchestration and configurations for low-code platforms.

• Help define and uphold RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies.

• Contribute to the formulation of policies and decision layer logic.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regional and regulatory requirements.

• Assess and enhance platform usability and user experience patterns.

• Take part in project planning, monitoring, and delivery support.

• Create test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate platform functionality.

• Compile and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, policies, reports, post-implementation reviews).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Practical or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration.

• Familiarity with policy engines and decision-making frameworks.

• Basic understanding of RBAC design and access management models.

• Experience or knowledge of workflow orchestration concepts and tools.

• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (both regional and global).

• Awareness of user experience patterns and user-centric design principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
