Business Analyst – Platform & Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document both business and platform requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.

• Analyze and provide support for platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management.

• Serve as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Assist with workflow orchestration and configurations of low-code platforms.

• Help define and uphold RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies.

• Contribute to the formulation of policy definitions and decision layer logic.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regional and regulatory requirements.

• Assess and enhance platform usability and user experience patterns.

• Engage in project planning, tracking, and support for delivery.

• Create test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate platform functionality.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Practical or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration.

• Knowledge of policy engines and decision-making frameworks.

• Basic understanding of RBAC design and access management models.

• Familiarity with concepts and tools related to workflow orchestration.

• Comprehension of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements on both regional and global levels.

• Awareness of user experience patterns and principles of user-centric design.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convert business needs into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
