This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with GPOs, Corporate, Regional, and Sub‑Regional teams to comprehend financial and R2R requirements and ensure precise ERP process mapping.
• Engage with Finance and functional stakeholders to evaluate needs, align with SGS standards, and convert requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Establish technical designs for customizations, extensions, and integrations that adhere to business processes and accounting requirements.
• Examine complex issues and recommend efficient end‑to‑end solutions.
• Create and support integrations with third‑party systems and all processes that influence R2R and upstream modules.
• Supervise development activities to guarantee adherence to quality, architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Analyze and document business and application requirements following agreed-upon standards.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and contribute to R2R knowledge documentation.
• Offer functional support to Service Managers, clarifying service requests and ensuring that solutions align with operational needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT/Computer Science, with practical experience.
• Strong skills in business analysis (process modeling, requirements, user stories/use cases).
• Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud, possessing extensive functional knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) and associated Supply Chain modules.
• Familiarity with banking file formats (bank statements, electronic payments, direct debits, credit card files).
• Proficient with tools such as APRO Banking Gateway, Data Loader, More4Apps, iStudio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements throughout the entire delivery and operational lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Understanding of software lifecycle, quality, security, and risk management principles.
• Preferred knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Lean methodologies and basic programming skills.
