This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with TMO leadership and agency stakeholders to ascertain business needs, document requirements, and convert operational challenges into precise requirements and specifications.
• Lead sessions for requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to collect information and affirm business requirements.
• Execute gap analyses to pinpoint process inefficiencies, operational risks, and areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment during transformation initiatives.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous maintenance of metrics for transformation program success and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Create and uphold KPI tracking methodologies, dashboards, and reporting processes utilized by leadership to oversee transformation progress and results.
• Generate regular reports and presentations for executive leadership and transformation governance meetings.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of agency readiness scorecards and track transformation progress.
• Engage in Business Process Reviews (BPRs) for newly acquired agencies, ensuring uniform evaluation and documentation methodologies across the organization.
• Examine agency workflows and operational processes throughout the insurance policy lifecycle to uncover standardization and optimization prospects.
• Assess operational tools, technology solutions, automation possibilities, AI capabilities, and vendor offerings, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, highlighting pain points, risks, and suggested enhancements.
• Support agency assessments and data readiness efforts for Applied Epic migration initiatives.
• Partner with data quality teams to validate agency data, recognize conversion risks, and assist in remediation actions.
• Take part in data mapping reviews, testing, and post-conversion validation processes.
• Help manage Applied Epic conversion timelines and facilitate successful project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting operational, transformation, consulting, or process improvement projects.
• Required experience in the insurance sector, including: working within an insurance agency serving or selling insurance; or supporting insurance operations, agency transformation, or similar insurance-focused projects.
• Proficient understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle and agency operations.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
• Proven experience in conducting gap analyses and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
• Familiarity with creating process maps, workflow documentation, and operational assessments.
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and modeling purposes.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, ETL processes, and data validation methods.
• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled business solutions, and digital transformation efforts.
• Preferred experience in supporting Applied Epic migrations and/or AMS conversions.
• Familiarity with agency management systems, specifically Applied Epic.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, as allowed by law.
