Business Analyst – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of operational data and optimize the courier fleet – you will monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and implement innovations and improvements that enhance the operation of our fleet and increase delivery efficiency.

• Support the budgeting process, operational cost planning, and settlements – your analytical expertise will assist us in monitoring finances and improving operational profitability.

• Create and develop innovative models – forecasts and turnover analyses that will be essential for ensuring the optimal number of couriers at all times throughout the year.

• Analyze courier satisfaction and performance to implement effective motivational programs and improve their engagement and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the operations team and regional managers on data analysis and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, strategic consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment.

• Ability to lead projects from the analysis phase to implementation, effectively identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Proficient in working with large datasets, drawing significant insights to help identify issues and implement optimizations.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL and Python will be an additional advantage, especially in the context of data analysis and process automation).

• Capable of clearly and concisely presenting analytical conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders, both in writing and during meetings.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
