Business Analyst – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and technical engineering teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Oversee and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to identify and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.

• Monitor project progress and modify priorities as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Actively engage in discovery processes to generate documentation that will benefit future phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficiency in using JIRA and Notion.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay focused on key objectives.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective work across cross-functional teams.

• The candidate’s experience as a Project Manager will be assessed.

• Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2).

• Residing in Latin America.
