Business Analyst IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with senior stakeholders to comprehend business objectives

• Evaluate project documentation to ensure alignment with business goals

• Identify, prioritize, create, and oversee Epics throughout their lifecycle

• Collaborate across various teams to synchronize updates for Epics and Features

• Guide teams in intricate requirements gathering processes using advanced facilitation techniques

• Ensure thorough requirements documentation and traceability

• Advocate for initiatives aimed at process enhancement and innovation

• Work alongside executive leadership and other departments

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory

• A Master’s degree is highly desirable

• At least seven (7) years of experience in requirements management is necessary

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or similar business requirements management toolsets is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio

• Proven expertise in business analysis principles, processes, and applications/elicitation tools
