Business Analyst – Integrations, Carriers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements pertaining to integrations and carrier services.

• Analyze and provide support for UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier connections, and messaging workflows.

• Serve as a liaison between business, IT, and integration teams, ensuring effective communication among all parties.

• Assist with integrations that involve carrier APIs, SIP/BYOC, and connector frameworks.

• Examine current integration processes and suggest enhancements for scalability and efficiency.

• Assess solutions to guarantee alignment with business needs and technical limitations.

• Participate in project planning, monitoring, and delivery coordination.

• Create test plans, assist with UAT, and validate integration scenarios.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Familiarity with UC/CCaaS platforms and communication ecosystems.

• Basic understanding of SIP protocols, carrier integrations, and APIs.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Graph API, or PowerShell is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller) operations and fraud detection concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience with gathering requirements, documentation, and process analysis.

• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
