Business Analyst – Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive configuration and execution of ZeroRisk customer onboarding and expansion initiatives.

• Promote standardization and repeatability throughout the delivery process.

• Collaborate directly with clients to design and enhance the journeys from acquirer to merchant.

• Validate complete workflows from start to finish.

• Configure various ZeroRisk modules, workflows, and rules.

• Prepare and oversee environment baselines, configuration versioning, and decision logs.

• Primarily deliver solutions through configuration.

• Define data mappings for merchant and reference information.

• Assist with data imports, validation, and reconciliation processes.

• Define and implement structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

• Create and uphold high-quality configuration documentation.

• Ensure a systematic handover to Customer Support and Managed Services (CS&MS) with complete documentation, clarity in configuration, and operational readiness.

• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Implementation Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst roles within SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Strong background in configuring platforms (workflows, rules, roles, forms, dashboards) utilizing no-/low-code tools.

• Demonstrated experience in process modeling (BPMN/flowcharts), requirements definition, and UAT execution.

• Solid understanding of data mapping and experience with structured data (CSV, basic SQL preferred).

• Comfortable interacting with APIs and integrations (coding is not required).

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and structured documentation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with PCI DSS, merchant acquiring, payments, fraud, or risk/compliance platforms.
