Business Analyst II – Recovery Platform Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct various analyses and interpretations to connect business needs and objectives for the assigned function.

• Collaborate with IT, program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and recovery vendors to convert operational requirements into system enhancements, develop business specifications, manage issue resolution, and ensure prompt support of recovery operations.

• Oversee recovery operations, inventory, and reporting tools to pinpoint issues and identify savings opportunities, while leading defect investigations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the implementation of quality solutions to enhance accuracy and performance.

• Facilitate business initiatives through data analysis, the identification of implementation obstacles, and user acceptance testing of new systems.

• Assess and analyze user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.

• Conduct thorough analyses on assigned projects, propose potential business solutions, and assist in their implementation.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes.

• Develop and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Lead problem-solving and coordination efforts among various business units.

• Support the formulation and updating of departmental policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.
